Finally, after many requests and years of saying I would someday provide you with a LBK Gua Sha tutorial video (for face, neck, shoulders, chest) the day has finally arrived! This is the same routine I practice on myself, teach in person, and transfer over to clients on the facial table.

In this video I cover origin of Gua Sha, different tools, compatible products, pressure and techniques, best time to practice, and so on. This tutorial covers from the chest up and (lymphatic drainage, circulation, sculpting, softening wrinkles, pain & tension relief…) after a few days you’ll be able to perform this method without my guidance and even explore other ways of using the tool once you feel more confident and the steps become a second nature - keep practicing!

*What you’ll need, a comfy space to practice, (stand or sit, I prefer to stand in my bathroom but have performed this practice in a car, on the floor, on a plane, in bed), water or face mist, a spreadable face oil, and of course a Gua sha tool.

IMPORTANT: My website won’t allow me to showcase videos longer than 30 minutes so I had to upload my video through Vimeo, once you purchase this “product” you will receive an instructional email/pdf on how to access this video via a password. Pretty Please don’t share the PW as I worked really hard to upload, edit, and research ways to get this tutorial video into your home - thank you so much for protecting and respecting my work.

I hope you enjoy this practice! I have for the last 9 years and continue to share and grow with this beautiful and versatile body therapy!
